Cancellation Policy

  • DailyMeals provides easy one click cancellation facility to all its customers. Any customer who wants to cancel his / her confirmed meal can log in to his account on DailyMeals and click on Cancel / modify link
  • Any confirmed meal can be cancelled one day prior to the delivery date by 10 pm. Eg. A confirmed meal (lunch / dinner) with a delivery date of 2 Jan can be cancelled by 10 PM of 1 Jan
  • Any confirmed meal crossing the above mentioned deadline will not be available for cancellation and no refund will processed for the same
  • However to avoid any wastage of food / raw material, customer can let us know via email of cancellation even after the above mentioned deadline. No Refund will be processed in such cases, it just to avoid any wastage of resources
  • Refund of any cancelled meal (which meets the cancellation conditions) will be immediately processed and the amount (including delivery charges and GST) will be added in the wallet of the customer
  • Wallet amount can be readily used for future meals and differential amount (if any) will have to paid by the customer while booking the meal
  • If the customer wants the refund in his respective bank account / credit card (which was used while booking the meal), customer needs to let us know via email
